Privacy policy

Digital Aus Solutions Pty Ltd ("we") runs todf. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you register: your first and last name, email address, username, password (stored only as an encrypted hash) and an optional profile photo. When you post: your questions and answers and the date they were posted.

How we use it

To run your account, show your posts with your username, let our admin moderate content, and reply to enquiries. We never sell your information.

How we protect it

Passwords are hashed, all database access uses prepared statements, input is validated, and only the admin can approve or reject posts.

Your choices

You can update your name, email and photo any time from Edit profile, or contact us through the enquiry form to access or delete your information.
